Lots of fun activities during winter break

Winter break is starting, and Feb. 19-22 will offer plenty of activities around the city for those looking to have a great day. Adults with children will get free admission to Reykjavík City museums during these days.

Reykjavík City has contracted with Kvíðameðferðarstöðin, Sálfræðistofan Höfðabakki, and Domus Mentis Mental Health Center to provide services for individuals who were placed in the Thorvaldsens Association Nursery from 1974-1979. These services begin today, Friday, Feb. 13, 2026, at 10 a.m.
